Servicios Aduaneros Internacionales (SADINT) is a company based in Managua, Nicaragua. SADINT was authorized to operate as customs agency by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (MHCP) through Resolution No. 54-92 of 24.11.1992 and ratified in Gazette No. 57 of 22/3/1993. SADINT is an active member of the Association of Independent Customs Brokers of Nicaragua (AAIN) and the Chamber of Commerce of Nicaragua (CACONIC).
Its founder and current manager is Pedro José Romero López, an economist with 10 years experience in foreign trade, and public policy planning and 19 in business, mainly in imports. Customs Agent authorized in 1977 by Resolution of the Directorate General of Customs No. 6964 of 8/7/1977. 
Our team has 26 highly trained staff members to respond immediately and effectively to any concern or urgency of our clients. |
On the borders and / or ports we have personnel specialized in border and port operations, respectively, with staff based in these customs points which ensures continuity of service 365 days a year.
The compactness of the group allow us to assign a staff member for 1 to 2 clients in order to provide a personalized service even in overtime or holidays, supported by the control and monitoring of licensed customs brokers, which adds to the expertise and therefore to service excellence.
At headquarters we coordinate the operational part by type of procedure or operation (import, export, transactions) which includes the management of required permits, exemptions, financing of small expenses for procedures, electronic payments.
Both authorized customs agents, managers and customer service personnel are continually trained in their area either because it is required by law as by the requirements of an increasingly tech and competitive market. |
